We launched the GamePlan marketplace last fall with the vision of becoming the go-to place to book an event online.
Along the way, we have found the most effective way to achieve this mission is to first provide a solution directly to the venues themselves. After all, the reason we thought booking an event was so hard in the first place was that every venue had a different way of doing things – ways that worked well for them but were confusing to navigate for the guest.
If we can first help each individual venue serve their own customers better, that knowledge along with the trail of happy venues and customers behind it would naturally make a better marketplace.
In March, we launched our new flagship offering, a white-labeled solution for our venues to offer our booking technology directly to their guests. Shout out to Veda, London Grill, and Evil Genius — just a few examples of great venues taking advantage of this technology and already seeing results!
Our mission hasn’t changed. Booking an event is still a pain in the butt. And from listening to YOU, we’re confident this brings us a step closer to solving that pain once and for all.
