Who we are

In 2015, four technology and operational professionals with a passion for food and hospitality got together to build a better way to make group decisions on where to eat and drink – and then saw how difficult it was for a large group to simply make a reservation. After consulting seasoned event planners and venue managers, we built the GamePlan platform to solve this problem. Today, our mission to help the industry streamline booking workflows and connect with guests where they are – online. The GamePlan team is proudly based on Philadelphia and Rotterdam.

What we do

We make it easy for event organizers and venues alike to plan and book group dining and event experiences. With an intuitive interface and powerful reservation backend, organizers can build their perfect event with rooms, menus, and services tailored to the occasion – then book directly with venue policies applied automatically. For venues, adding online booking enables staff to focus their efforts on prospecting and executing bigger-ticket business, saving time and increasing sales without additional labor costs.

Leadership Team

Josh Hoffman

CEO, Head of Sales

Josh makes sure things stay fun and exciting by leading the sales, business development, marketing and fundraising efforts. Josh attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, graduating with a degree in marketing in 2013. Upon graduation, Josh has worked for two start-ups in Philadelphia, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development. During his time at Cloudamize, Josh helped build the current sales process, working with both channel and direct sales. Josh has experience prospecting, signing, and executing channel partners including one of the largest privately held IT companies in the United States.

Colin Zhang

Head of Product & Marketing

Colin leads the company's product management, marketing, and platform vision. He has over six years of experience working with and on his own technology ventures, including having started his own online restaurant ordering and management SaaS platform together with co-founder Roy de Vos Burchart. Most recently, Colin worked in marketing, sales, and operations at Zype, as well as business development and product planning at Cloudamize. In those roles, he leveraged his technical background to drive sales, customer engagement, and product development based on market trends and customer needs. Colin recently graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Marketing and Operations, Information & Decisions, with a minor in Computer & Information Science.

Roy de Vos Burchart

Head of Engineering

Roy is responsible for product development, corporate systems, and infrastructure management. Roy graduated from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences with a degree in International Business and Management in 2016. Over the past 9 years, Roy has developed and designed a plethora of web and mobile applications for various purposes for small and medium enterprises, educational institutions and sports clubs. Roy is a member of Erasmus Volley, where for the last 5 years, he has been working closely with the boards to refresh the online presence of the club, improve the access to schedules, events and other information for members and create a fully-featured club administration system. As an avid aviation enthusiast, Roy manages Vataware, the largest flight logging and statistics website for the online flight simulation network VATSIM with 35,000 monthly visits and helped create the new website for the network’s 76,000+ active member base.

Jason Graub

Head of Operations

Jason is a licensed CPA, leading the business operations, accounting, finance, and fundraising functions. Jason attended the University of Maryland in College Park for undergrad, graduating with dual degrees in accounting and finance in 2012. Upon graduating, Jason worked in KPMG’s Philadelphia office in their audit practice where he spent almost 4 years. During this time, Jason’s clients included Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller firms in the technology, biotechnology, chemical, and automotive industries. Jason has experience in financial reporting & analysis, auditing, and operations management.
